It is with the heaviest of hearts that I am reaching out. On Thursday, December 28, 2023 my brother, Arthur, passed away in his sleep (at home). Arthur fought so hard and we were blessed to have him for well over a year after his diagnosis of Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. His cancer spread to his liver and fought by having an aggressive 3 different chemo treatments every other week and was able to shrink some of the cancer. In November, he had seizures out of nowhere which sent him to the hospital to find out that the cancer traveled to his brain and he had to undergo radiation to shrink the tumors. Arthur continued to fight with all he had! In his last weeks, he wound up with jaundice and oral thrush. He fought until his last breath and passed away in his sleep at home. My sister-in-law, Darlene and their children are in the process of organizing his Celebration of Life. She is in need of financial help. If you are able to help, it would be truly and greatly appreciated. No amount is too small. Thank you for all of your prayers, love, and support during this difficult and heartbreaking time.

Hi, words can't describe the support and love since my orginal post about my brother, Arthur. My family and I are beyond grateful for everyone's prayers and generosity. Arthur has been kicking cancer's ass for a year! I am sad to have to reach out again but on Monday, Arthur had a major setback. Monday morning Arthur was having a wonderful time at Epcot with his wife, Darlene but when he came home, began having seizures and was rushed to the hospital. Scans found tumors in his brain. His pancreatic cancer percentage has gone back up, his liver cancer has not improved, and tonight we found out something is going on with his kidneys. My sister-in-law, Arthur's wife, Darlene has been by his side night and day. She has been working up to this point to pay their bills and insurance but will be out to care for Arthur (he doesn't want her to leave his side). Please continue to pray for Arthur, his wife, and two children. If you are able to donate, it would be greatly appreciated, no amount is too small. It has been a whirlwind of a week and this is the only way I know how to help. Thank you.

With a Thankful Heart,
Kimberley

Original Post: Hi, my name is Kimberley and I am Arthur's sister. Arthur was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer two weeks ago it has also traveled to his liver. The cancer is too large to operate and so, the doctors have decided to have him do chemo treatments to help shrink the cancer to try and alleviate some of the constant pain. He and his wife, Darlene, will have to take time off from work for his treatments which will take a huge toll on their finances. Any size donation is greatly appreciated and no amount is too small. All prayers are welcomed too. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
