Help the Santeramo family fight ALS

ALS is a progressive nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control. This eventually affects chewing, swallowing, speaking and breathing. While the rate of progression varies from person-to-person, there is no cure and it is ultimately fatal.

Mike Santeramo is a devoted husband, wonderful father, and all around amazing man. He was diagnosed with ALS a few years ago. With his diagnosis, Lisa, his wonderful wife, has taken on the role of nurse and caretaker on top of being a mom to their daughter Sofia. With coronavirus being a part of our world right now, Lisa has also taken on the role of teacher for Sofia. During this time it has been difficult for this family to get the help they so badly need. Insurance has not been willing to work with them on many of the necessities that they need to help Mike feel comfortable and assist him to function on a daily basis. 

A group of us have put this page together in hopes to help our friends Lisa and Mike get the help they need. We hope you can help contribute something to help ease any medical bills or daily necessities they may need.
