Our hearts are heavy as we share the devastating loss Lauren and Mike’s family suffered during this week’s Palisades Fire in Los Angeles. In a single night, both Lauren and Mike’s home and Lauren’s parents’ home were destroyed.

Lauren and Mike are the kind of people who pour love and light into the lives of everyone they meet. Lauren is the friend you call at any hour, and you know she’ll show up with warmth and unwavering support. Together with Mike, they’ve built a beautiful life rooted in kindness, family, and community.

Just a few years ago, they moved back to Los Angeles to their dream neighborhood in Pacific Palisades to be near family. Their home was filled with laughter and love from their three wonderful kids—Caleb, Ozzy, and Lyla—and their sweet dog. Now, they face the unimaginable task of starting over—rebuilding their lives, their children’s sense of stability, and their community.
