Brayden's Battle: Supporting the Senne Family

Dear Milan Community,

We are starting a GoFundMe to love and support the Senne family as they embark on a journey at Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor this week, and ongoing for months to come.

Renee and Mark have two adult sons and three school-aged children, Elaina, Ethan & the youngest, Brayden. Renee is a preschool teacher at Paddock, and Mark recently retired. Brayden had some random symptoms in the last week - throwing up once, arm pain another day. In the last 24 hours, Brayden woke up in severe pain and was taken to the ER at Mott. After rounds of testing and blood work, he was diagnosed with B-Cell ALL Pediatric Leukemia. He is in surgery this morning having a central line/port put in, a bone marrow biopsy, lumbar spinal fluid collection and will be starting chemotherapy this afternoon. This has been devastating news, but the family and Brayden's care team are facing it head on. This is what we know right now. Renee asks that the community please pray for Brayden and their family as they begin this journey.

We will provide updates to the community as we get them. The MMS, Symons Elementary & Paddock Elementary family are wrapping around the family to support and would love your help. Let's show them how Milan will take care of them during this challenging time.
