Help the Sholl Family After Attack Leads to Injury
Donation protected
For those who have asked how you can support the Sholl Family; we have created this Go Fund Me Page to help them.
If you are unaware, Shane was injured during a heinous attack on him and his son after a youth sporting event. He has suffered life changing, catastrophic injuries, which resulted in the loss of his right eye. Shane will have to endure a long road to recovery and a new way of seeing things. Fortunately, Shane’s son did not sustain any major injuries during this senseless attack.
Shane and his wife, Trisha, have led a life of service within our Tucson community. They were blessed with five children, ages 9-17, and are raising them to be upstanding members of their community, who commit to service within it, just as they have. Shane spent nearly 20 years as a Police Officer, Detective, and Sergeant for the Tucson Police Department. After retirement due to an on-duty injury, he began a new career in the mortgage industry. Shane’s goal in his new career is to help First Responders with their dreams of home ownership. Not only does Shane stay busy with work, he spends the majority of his spare time volunteering his time to youth sports. Shane has been a part of Oro Valley Little League for well over a decade and currently assists as a board member for the league. He also contributes his time by serving on the CDO Baseball Boosters Club. Shane helps coach for the Oro Valley Dolphins Football organization and most recently the TD Football League. Trisha, his wife also has a career in which she serves the Tucson community. Trisha spent over 15 years working as a Pediatric Nurse and a Pediatric ER Nurse. Trisha is currently serving as a Nurse at the University of Arizona.
Please consider supporting the Sholl family as they have supported so many people in this community in a variety of ways. All donations will go directly to Shane and Trisha to pay for medical bills, legal fees, loss of wages, or any other hardships that may occur as a result of this terrible attack. Thank you to those who have reached out to Shane and Trisha. They are overcome with gratitude at the support and love they’ve received already from this community.
