Help the Sloat Family with Med & Travel Expenses
Donation protected
As many are probably now aware, my brother-in-law, Jim Sloat was diagnosed with Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome as a result of critical low sodium levels in the blood. As a result, areas of the brain stem were damaged affecting his speech, swallowing, and fine motor skills. The damage is irreversible but we’re praying for the best treatment outcome to help him relearn these important skills. Jim is married to my sister; Alicia and they have 2 beautiful girls Layla (5) and Lacey (22mos). Many have asked how they can help and support Alicia and the girls during difficult time. As they prepare for the medical bills, rehabilitation stays, living expenses and travel expenses associated with out-of-town treatment, please consider donating to help with these expenses. Please accept our sincere appreciation and gratitude. As always, continued prayers are welcome. Thank you.
