Help the Sorber Girls Honor Crystal's Memory

Donation protected
If the world seems a little dimmer, it is because the world lost a warm light on October 7, 2024.

The Sorber girls and extended family mourn the loss of their mother, Crystal Sorber, suddenly and unexpectedly.

Crystal, mother to Hannah, Sarah, and Rachel; Sister to Charles; Grandmother to Caleb, Hudson, Bentley, Jude, Shaw, Sparrow, Joey, Ophelia, and “Baby Pickett;” Fur mama to Apache; was deeply loving and passionately devoted to her family.

As a nurse, she spent her life dedicated to helping others, often giving all of her free time to be there to help strangers when she wasn’t with her family.

Crystal loved crafting, traveling, taking care of her babies, trying new things, and braving new adventures.

She had a free, independent, and warm spirit. She kept an open mind and an open heart and had time and love for all.

Please consider monetary donations in lieu of flowers or gifts in this untimely tragedy for the Sorber girls and Crystal’s family. Monetary donations will be used to both help the family in end of life expenses as well as helping Crystal’s youngest daughter and granddaughter start a new life in her absence.

Crystal’s life will be celebrated on her next birthday, April 4, 2025 at Fellowship Church in Dallas, PA. More details around the celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
