HELP THE SPANIEL FROM AVSALLAR

Since a few weeks we noticed this doggy has been roaming the  dangerous Streets of Avsallar Turkey and has now been hit for a SECOND time by a car on purpose and got kicked in the face by a man, so enough is enough, and even though its very expensive to try and help an animal in Turkey and find her a home worldwide, thanks to my friend and rescuer Manuela Wroblewski we knew about him, so please HELP ME TO HELP HIM SVEN THE LITTLE SPANIEL
