HELP the Stokes family after fire destroyed home

Hi, I'm Jason, the son of Phil & Gail Stokes and my parents' entire home was destroyed due to a horrific fire. Everything they owned besides the clothes on their back was taken from them that night. It's been a week now and we've finally gotten my dad his CPAP machine and some necessities for my mom and pets to survive and start to grieve. The reason for me creating this page is because my father has been battling Prostate Cancer and this situation doesn't help with the stress and weight it puts on my family to start completely over with their lives. My oldest son (19) was visiting his Gigi & Papa for a couple of months to help out around the house and yard due to my dad's situation and he unfortunately is having to deal with this head on after losing his belongings in the fire as well.

The stress of NOT being at their home is weighing heavily on their mental and physical well-being and we need to help them raise funds for portal living while this tedious process occurs. Some of my parents' pets survived and are without a home also, and if you have a pet....you know the stress of knowing their safety and health.

My mom has been an educator for 30+ years and has created and assisted with multiple Humanitarian, NASA, and other school student projects that have shaped the community and landscape. Sadly, we were digging out folders and folders of projects that didn't survive the fire, but as we threw them out....my mom would tell us the names of students that helped with them throughout the years. As for my dad, just a good ole boy that wanted to be a farmer and he lives for his grandkids and pets, and that's what has progressed him through his battle with Prostate Cancer. He'll give you the shirt off his back if you need it, and has helped to shape me into the man I am today.....and I thank him for that.
