HELP the Thornwood American Legion REBUILD

Donation protected
The Thornwood Lions Club asks our wonderful community to consider donating to help rebuild the storm damaged Thornwood American Legion, Gilbert Rauh Post 1574. The Legion is a home away from home for our local Veterans...it is a building where they meet to support one another, honor our nation, teach our youth about civics and patriotism, celebrate our decorated Veterans and pay tribute to those armed service personnel who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Hurricane Ida wreaked havoc on Post 1574, flooding and destroying the entire first floor and compromising the second floor. The Vets do not have nearly enough funds to pay for the significant repairs. They may have to walk away from the building that represents so much to them and to us as a community. Please consider helping, no amount is too small and we have seen our community come together before. Thank you.
