My name is Cody Ayola and I am writing this for our online group, the Treasure Valley Cat Angels. All funds will go to this group to help pay for vet care! I am a group admin. You can find our group HERE: https://www.facebook.com/groups/107859199883997
On 8/27, a concerned citizen contacted the Treasure Valley Cat Angels, saying there was an abandoned trailer home out in Caldwell that was full of cats. This was the result of a hoarder. Rescuers responded and removed as many as they could. The trailer has now been moved to the landfill and trapping efforts are still happening.
We have pulled out about 8 cats, and there are more where that came from. We need funds for vet visits, goopy eyes, and antibiotics; cat food, litter, and of course, vaccinations and spaying and neutering in the future. These poor cats are skin and bones. The funds are being put in a bank account, and will be used at the vet's office. Each cat is going to cost roughly 400 dollars to be seen by the vet. We chose the amount of 3,500 dollars to shoot for so we can pay for all of them. Any amount is so appreciated and will help give us hope and ease the stress of this situation immensely.
The Treasure Valley Cat Angels is NOT a non-profit group. What we are is a group of people who love cats and just want to help. Unfortunately for many of us, this means helping from our own pockets. Your donation will 100 percent go DIRECTLY to the cats' care. Thank you for looking! I will update as we go along.
If you’ve gotten this far, thank you for taking the time to read this. Please feel free to share. - Cody Ayola
