Help the Trans-Pecos staff in crisis
Like everyone else in NYC live music & nightlife right now, Trans-Pecos' staff faces financial uncertainty & crisis in light of COVID-19 and the unprecedented shutdown of our city's bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. We have faced hard times before, but have always risen above these challenges in large part to the community that has rallied around this space since 2005. We’ve been honored to give you the space to create fond memories and positive experiences over these last fifteen years, and would truthfully be nothing without the artists who perform and the people who come to our shows.
Due your generosity already, we’ve been able to raise nearly $3,000 through our initial emergency fundraising efforts on Venmo. With this money, we’ve been able to keep the 21 people who operate Trans-Pecos solvent a little while longer - the people who welcome you to the venue, who serve your drinks, who look after you and your belongings at the show. For that we are immensely grateful.
Humbly, we continue our efforts here. Every last cent helps. 100% of proceeds will go to staff. If you cannot donate, we still encourage you to share this page with your friends and family. Trans-Pecos is like a phoenix and we will weather this storm and come out a little stronger when this is all over-- like we have before, more times than we can remember, since 2005.
Stay safe out there. We can’t wait to see you again.
xoxo
