Help The Turpin Children Regain Their Lives

Donation protected
Hello, I’m sure many of us saw the story and have a minor idea of what the Turpin children have actually gone through. However before I go into that let me just say a little about me. In my updates you can see I do not know these siblings. I am trying to reach out to them and their team and would appreciate all the help you can offer! I am a 2021 graduate student as well as a 3 year Resident Assistant out of Rowan University as well. I am currently an elementary teacher in NJ, and love doing whatever I can to help people. I get a lot of enjoyment out of the fact that I can be a good change for those who need it! This story had a huge effect on me and made me realize there needs to be help going to the siblings. As well as change to the foster system (but that’s another battle). Please do not be afraid to reach out with questions, comments, or concerns. This is my first GoFundMe I have created and would be very appreciative of helpful hints and any information you have on the subject! I believe GoFundMe is another way to spread publicity for those who do not know the story but still scroll on this app and on the web. In the end I just hope these siblings can get all the help and donations they can get! That is why I just request you donate or spread the awareness. Even if you do not want to donate here, I will add a link of where to donate later on instead! On to the important matter:

Besides Jordan and Jennifer, there are 10 other children who have an accountable story to tell (aside from the baby at the time because she was too young to remember). Just from the two of them we have learned they were wrongfully tortured throughout their whole lives. Some things they had to deal with was being chained to their beds, lack of education, starvation, living in vile conditions, put in cages just to name a few. The kids would be forced to be chained for weeks and even months only to be freed to use the bathroom. The older siblings were even given the task of reprimanding the younger siblings by putting them in cages when they misbehaved. If they didn’t reprimand their siblings they would be put in the cages themselves. Shackles would come just for trying to eat food that was their parents’, while just doing so in order to survive. They were deprived of normal lives by being forced to stay insides throughout their lives. None of them were able to make friends. They all had their growth stunted because of lack of nutrition, sunlight, and abuse. Two of the children are not fertile because of what they endured. All but two are afraid to show their face on camera because they have been shielded from the natural world and are afraid of what can be out there. There is so much more to learn from the stories when the children feel safe to come out. The money will help them see the world isn’t all bad. Jordan says they all don’t even know what each other experienced and all had different mental battles to face. Now what their luck is after all that, is that the support bases they are supposed to have aren’t allowing them to have the money collected for their lives. Aside from withholding money, they are separating the children and putting them in bad areas where a couple have been assaulted since being freed of their parents. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to get them some extra money for necessities they currently need. Maybe even enough money to put some money down on a house together and start them off with the lives they missed out on, while keeping them together. The end goal is to keep them together and safe! Prayers up to these children who had their lives taken from them by their parents. Hopefully some of the other siblings feel safe enough to share their sides as well, if they so choose to. We can only hope to help with what they lost, and prevent further loss by trying to get them back together. These children are brave and have been through a lot. I hope for the best to come for them! Any donation helps, or even a share on social media!
