Help the U17 State Badminton Team Attend Nationals

We are the Tasmanian U17 State Badminton Team (also known as Mike, Lincoln, Riichi, Tristan, Vincent, Max and Emma).

In September 2024 we will be travelling to Ballarat to compete in the U17 National Team and Individual Badminton Championships which take place over a week-long period.

Our team is made up of players from 5 different Tasmanian high schools and this is the first time some of us will be representing the state in sport. We have all been training hard and competing in various competitions all over the state in preparation for this event. We know that the standard will be high and the competition will be fierce but we are ready!

Our team is completely self-funded and so we are hoping to raise enough money to help cover some of the costs involved in competing in a national competition including entry fees, official subsidies, uniforms, accommodation, and flights.

Our team will also be travelling with a coach and a team manager who are both volunteers and we would love to raise enough money to cover some of their costs to thank them for their time and commitment to the team.
