Help the Vickerys after total home flood damage
Donation protected
Let’s Help the Vickery’s!
Bobby, Kati, Aidan, Norah, Nash (their new puppy), Waffles, and Coffee (their two guinea pigs) were flooded out during Hurricane Ian. Bobby had to carry the children through 4 ft of water to higher ground in order to be rescued from their home. Sewage backed up into their home and mixed with the flood waters.
They have had to gut their flooring, flood cut their drywall, dispose of furniture, all lower kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and a lot of personal items. Please see the photos. “Insurance will cover them,” you might say, but “NO.” Because they did not have flood insurance (they aren't in a flood zone or storm surge zone, and the news is calling it a 1,000-year flood, meaning a historical event), their insurance company is leaving them UNDERWATER. FEMA is almost impossible to get a hold of, and their help is limited. We need to help them get back into their home. No donation is too small. Give what you can, and let’s get this done!
