Help The Watson Quadruplets Get Off To A Good Start

We (Nathaniel, Francesca and the many friends of Tara and Tommy) are reaching out today to ask for support for Tara and Tommy. Tara is a dedicated teacher with the Edmonton Catholic School District and Tommy is a firefighter with the City of Edmonton. Tara and Tommy are a fun, loving couple who have recently received the surprise of a lifetime.

Tara shared their story on social media, revealing that she and her husband were overjoyed to learn that they were expecting another child, giving their daughter, Emmy, a sibling. However, their joy quickly turned into shock during an early ultrasound appointment when they discovered not one, not two, not three, but FOUR tiny hearts.

Since then, the Watsons have undergone numerous tests and consultations, grappling with the reality of a high-risk pregnancy with quadruplets. They have been informed of the challenges ahead, including possible medical concerns and the significant financial strain that four new babies will bring to their family. Tara, who has recently experienced profound grief with the loss of her mother, recognizes that she and Tommy may not have the support they need when they bring their new babies home.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial stress and give Tara, Tommy and Emmy the support they need to get off to a great start with their soon-to-arrive little quads. Your generous contributions will go towards the cost of diapers, baby formula and bottle supplies, a night-time nanny especially for early on as Tommy works night shifts as a firefighter, car seats and strollers, cribs and clothing, medical expenses, parking costs and food during the NICU stay, a used vehicle that can fit 5 car seats, and other essentials that come with welcoming four new babies all at once!
