Help the White Family After House Fire

Our neighbors lost their house early this morning in a fire that started in the garage. Thankfully, everyone was able to safely get out with their pup before the flames consumed the home.

 

What makes this truly devastating is that due to a recent layoff, they were relying on one income from Jody’s small business that she was fully operating out of the house (All That Apparel https://www.allthatapparel.com) and everything was lost in the flames.

 

They have 3 kids and now only have what they were wearing at 2:45 a.m. - pajamas, no shoes or socks. They have been incredibly active in the community, particularly with Jody helping to create Encinitas 4 Equality.

 

We are asking our community to help support this amazing family in what is the most challenging time of their lives. They could use help in getting some basic necessities and to keep them afloat while they figure out how to move forward.
