Help the Williford family

Hi my name is Leslie I just ran into a old high school friend! Brandon Williford He is currently homeless with his 2kids (8,11) and disabled dad!

A little back story on Brandon he stays in fort pierce born and raised here! He was born disabled himself.. he has muscular dystrophy with the odds counting against him his whole life.. He fell in love with a beautiful girl they had 2 kids but unfortunately during having her baby girl she passed! Which left Brandon alone to take care of his babies which he always has but recently he has falling on hard times .. muscular dystrophy affects your muscles which your heart is one of our main muscles Brandon's quickly started to fail him which in turn they add a pace maker in to keep it pumping. Since then he really has been able to get back on his feet! I'm making this in hopes to help him and his family get into a place,maybe a vehicle.. Any help would be greatly appreciated the family help in every way possible but they also are struggling
