Help the Winchester’s through Brittany’s injury

Hi, my name is Brittany Winchester. On Sunday August 4th, 2019, I Herniated a disk in my back just above my Sacrum. Because of where it is located, it effects my hips, both my legs and my core. I can’t barely walk and have to use a walker. I was in the hospital for 4 1/2 days, they would not release me until I could at least be mobile with the assistant of a walker.
That being said I cannot work for at least 6 weeks, need to have a physical therapist come to my home since I can’t drive. Before I can go back to work I have to be re-evaluated and approved by my PCP.
I am a house keeper for AirBnbs and this is my busiest time of year. My husband has also had to take time off with no pay because of no PTO, to help me.
This injury has come at the worst timing. This last year I have been accruing quite a large pile of medical bills trying to pinpoint the Autoimmune disease I am suffering from. A handful of specialist I see regularly.......And now this....
Like many households we cannot live off one income... Without my income we cannot pay all of our normal bills, medical bills, buy groceries or take our kids school shopping.
We are dedicated soccer parents, our oldest plays Select U14 at only 10 years old! And we are dance parents, our middle child is a dancer. I can’t drive so I also have to reach out to friends to help get the girls to their activities while their dad is at work.
For those who know us, we are hard workers, dedicated parents to our 3 kids and have worked so vary hard to get where we are. We are not ones to ask for help. But here we are, hoping our amazing community would be willing to help us stay afloat until I can get back to work and get back to normalcy.
Thank you,
The Winchester’s
