Apple, the heart of Bua Thai Sushi's kitchen, who has fed hundreds of customers, needs our help. Apple was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It has been recommended that Apple begin multiple and intense chemo treatments immediately. As we all know, cancer treatments are expensive and also take a major physical toll. As hard as Apple has tried to remain in the kitchen, doing what she loves most, her body needs to rest. This illness is not only affecting her health, her passion, and her family, but the business she has worked so hard to create. Without Apple in the kitchen, the family is doing all they can to keep the kitchen going and producing all the amazing food we love; but because of this, Apple is left to heal on her own. We need EVERYONE'S help to donate to this cause so that Apple can get the treatments she desperately needs, keep the business her family has worked so hard to create, and allow her family the time to spend with the mother who has cared for them and so many others.
