Help the Yager Family with Emergency Moving Costs

EDIT: We were able to move, we appreciate any help that we were given.

EDIT: I have updated this to reflect the new realties. Originally we were raising money to move into a house, but we were denied the home loan, so it is updated and lowered to reflect the cost of moving into a new apartment.

 

Hello, my name is Nikki, and my husband, myself, our adopted 19 y/o kid, dog and two cats, just found out we need to find a new place to live in the next two months. Our apartment is raising the rent by $300 a month, and while we were looking for a house the pre-approval was denied. We need to save up enough money for renting a new place a little further north where we live now, that's in the same price range.

We have two months to gather up as much as we can! Any donations to this GoFundMe will go to:

 

Movers (I have chronic pain and cannot help lift most of the furniture)

Cleaning out the current place/new place

First & Last
Security Deposit
Pet Deposits

Utilities (transferring to the new place)

 

Anything left over will go to getting a washer and dryer (we're looking for places with washer/dryer hook ups).

 

My husband and I both work multiple jobs, each working 60-70 hours a week, and we want a place we feel safe, and have something where our teen can live with us and thrive.

 

I hate to ask for help, but I know that there is no way we can raise the money we need in the next 2 months. I appreciate anything you can help with, even if it's sharing or a small amount, I thank you!
