Help Zidane Family Rebuild Their Home And life After The War

Dear World,

I’m Hisham Mohammad Zidane

I am the eldest son after the death of my father. This is my family

I have 2 sisters Amani and Amal and 2 brothers Anwar and Ahmed. My mum is with us also.

I created this link to help my family urgently as we live under the occupation and war. As the eldest son, I graduated in Mechatronics Engineering from Al-Azhar University, Gaza.

But unfortunately I lost my job in the solar energy field and became unemployed after my workplace was destroyed. I then started working alone in danger to help my family

My older sister Amani is studying dentistry and needs the expensive tuition fees to help her graduate in her final year,

 and Amal to complete her studies in computer engineering. Ahmed is also completing his school education, knowing that he is one of the distinguished students who received the American Access Scholarship for English Language and Cultural Exchange.

You have known us well, but now I want to introduce you to our life. We were displaced from the city of Rafah under the bombing and destruction, and we have become suffering without a home or shelter We built a tent to help us survive, life became more difficult because the place was not suitable for living. You can see the gloomy place around us.

There is no longer an easy way to get water, so we have to use wheelchairs and handcarts to transport water from very long distances and it is very tiring

Not only that, we suffer from a shortage of cooking gas, so we find it difficult to prepare food because of the smoke that is harmful to health, and I have started to suffer from chest allergies because of it

The war had indescribable psychological, material and moral effects on my family. We are suffering the consequences. My family is not well at all. Today, after 8 months of displacement and the occupation’s withdrawal from Rafah, we returned and were shocked by the horror of the scene. It is our home, our memories, everything was destroyed. Everything is now in the past. They destroyed our beautiful home, demolished our dreams, and burned our trees. You can see our home before and after the destruction. Even the street of the house, the neighbors, everyone was eliminated.

Same place but not same time

Please we need financial support to rebuild our house because of the bombing and destruction by the occupation. You can see this really horrific view. We have very expensive costs. The doors, the walls, the windows, the clothes, everything in the house we lost. Please donate and share.
