If you know these dudes, chances are you know how crazy and fun and genuine they are. There real people who had kids young & made their fare share of mistakes. Also if you know the ginger you know the universe sometimes takes things out on him personally, a walking disaster. He's a loud mouth big ego havin local musician who loves to make people laugh and really just a big ol' teddy bear.
3 years ago they found themselves homeless due to a vindictive slumlord who was happy to put a family on the streets for threatening to out her terrible living conditions and business ethics. He decided to make sure no one could ever have the power to take the home he provides for his family again. He always mentioned he was worried about never achieving his dream of being able to do that.
Robert buckled down and found a company where he works very hard to take care of his family and is very crafty at what he does. I know because I worked with him and had to stare at his "kudos employee" pictures plastered across the wall in which of course like a genius made the most fugly face he could.
Through the shutdown of the pandemic the company that he works well for decided to make things a bit hard for him. It was more like one managers personal vendetta against him, denying him work from home or unemployment, to which he has filed an appeal and has now had to wait 4 months just to hear when an appeal will be scheduled.
I know times are tough for all of us but they are now starting to fall away from their dream they were just about 8 months away from. These times are uncertain and now even though he is fortunate to still be working, they are starting to collect debt due to having to open lines of credit and still trying to fight to pay down the shutoffs and late notices.
Due to the way schooling is these days Mackenzie decided to homeschool like the crazy mama she is and has a 7th, 5th and kindergartener. She is very thrifty and whipped up the cutest little school room for next to nothing for them but I know she is missing a few things she wanted for her curriculum and the oldest doesnt have anyone to give him hand me downs so she is trying to get him some clothing a tweenager wouldnt roll their eyes at.
Please help an awesome family keep their heads above water while they try to get back to buying their first family home. They deserve it. They could live in a van down by the river and be the most content family but I think they should get that home they talk about all the time.
