The Family Fund has been created in response to direct feedback from healthcare workers who expressed fear and anxiety about the impact their work may have on their lives and the lives of their loved ones. We need to remind healthcare workers how much they are valued and that we stand behind them and their families as their supporters and allies.

HEALTHCARE WORKERS' FOUNDATION

The Healthcare Workers’ Foundation (formerly HEROES) is a charity started by NHS workers for NHS workers. We exist to support the welfare and wellbeing of those tirelessly fighting to keep us healthy and safe during the pandemic and beyond, and through the public’s donations, we can deliver free services to healthcare workers including counselling and childcare grants.
