Update I was able to find a more affordable option for the procedure through Dr Kelly’s! The vet at 1st pet med hospital said that his injury is likely due to over breeding. He is going into surgery this morning at -

My kids and I found this poor guy this morning! He is very sweet, was very nice 

dirty skinny and bleeding. He looks like he has been outside for a long time. No chip or collar. He needs to have surgery, he has a torn urethra and needs to be neutered. They think he is about 3 yrs old. I would love to be able to come up with funds somehow to get him the surgery he needs and get him healthy If you are able please donate to help us help him.
