Help These Amman Street Cats Reach Forever Homes!

Friends, we are sending three of our sweet Ammani street cats - Nimmer, Squeak, and Zoe - to reach new forever homes in Washington, DC.

But due to CDC- and COVID-related restrictions, the flight options are very limited, and the costs to send these three cats are tremendous. Each cat will cost around $850 to ship, not including the medical care we've provided to get them ready.

If they stay here, they face a lack of food, water, and shelter and the constant threat of illness, harassment, and untimely deaths. But thanks to a wonderful rescue - City Dogs & City Kitties - they will find loving forever homes.

Chris and I have completed and funded the TNR (trap-neuter-release) of over 80 street cats on our Amman block, in addition to helping provide medical care, boarding, and/or transport for two street puppies and around 15-20 other feline medical cases. We've been unable to find good homes for the animals (only 3) here in Jordan.
