Hardworking guy injured on the job needs help

Jeffrey Irvine Jr. needs our help! He runs a small family-owned contractor company, and has supported his family (wife + 5 children) as a carpenter for the last 17 years. He is a hard working guy who has suffered multiple debilitating injuries. In 2010 Jeff was helping a friend work on landscaping when the tractor he was using went haywire and rolled over on top of him, breaking his back, sternum, ribs, elbow, and wrist. It took a year for Jeff to recover, during which time he and his family lost their home and vehicles. They persevered and Jeff began his own contracting company in 2011. Then, on August 8, 2019, Jeff lost part of his pointer finger, his middle finger and hand were severely injured as well, in a horrible workplace accident. After being given the run-around by hospitals and his insurance company, he finally received surgery on August 19th. The doctor had to take most of the finger off because of how long it was open, down to the first knuckle, as well as stitching up a gash in his middle finger from the same accident. Because the finger was open for so long there is a high risk with the bone and infections. Jeff has been advised to rest as much as possible in order to heal and prevent infection. This clearly presents a huge financial challenge both to live on and mounting medical bills for Jeff and his family, and any bit you can contribute to help them through this time would be greatly appreciated!!
