Help this young Mother of 3 stay alive!

My dear friend Anna M  was recently diagnosed with a very rare disease, autoimmune hepatitis type 3.  She is a lovely young woman,42,  a mother of 3, who is currently battling this terrible disease alone, and taking care of her 3 young children, Nathan,14, Chava,11 and Miriam, 8.  ( One of the children was recently diagnosed with diabetes, which makes the situation more challenging.) Her condition is pretty severe, and she is unable to work at this time, trying to find the right treatment to stay alive.    She has a very hard time functioning and completing daily tasks! Anna desperately needs help to pay for her medical treatments, that might include a liver transplant!   She is also not able to pay for her rent, and is in  dire  need of $ to cover her lease.  She also needs  $ for a  home care aid, to help with taking care of  her children and daily errands.
