Help Tiana Build Her Dream Pilates Studio

After becoming certified through Balanced Body and then teaching pilates for 6 years at various studios around the country, I am finally ready to take my skills to the business world.

I moved to Spokane Washington in hopes of opening a boutique Pilates studio that would benefit every BODY that came through the door. I love using the pilates method of exercise to help people feel better in their own bodies.
