Help Tiana heal from Crohn’s Disease

Hi I’m Tiana and I’m reaching out to my community for help with an issue I’ve had for a long time.

In 2022 I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease but within the last 1.5 years my condition has become increasingly worse and the pain level has reached unbearable. I’m chronically in pain and severely anemic now.

I always felt like I was strong enough to overcome it and continue to work and finish my schooling through it all but that has made my illness worse. I can no longer hide my pain it’s affecting my mental health. Everyday all through the day and even at night I endure intense cramping and spasms that has almost made me black out and while I’m working I need to take many breaks to recollect myself because of the level of pain. Right now my medical team is becoming worried for me considering my mother passed away from colon cancer and had similar issues to what I’m experiencing right now. I am at a high risk of colon cancer with my condition if it continues to worsen.

I’m currently unable to physically work the amount of shifts needed to take care of myself due to the chronic pain. I don’t have any parents, it’s only me and my sis and I would really benefit from a break from work to focus on finishing school which I can only do at home while I heal. I’ve lost tons of weight and my energy levels are close to none, I’m just ready to finally heal and go back to my old self and experience life again.
