Help Tiffany's Mom Recover from Car Accident

Hello, my name's Tiffany. Yesterday, I received a call that my mom was in a car accident. She got T-boned at 70 mph by a stolen car that was in a chase. The other car fled on foot, so they didn’t catch them. My mom suffered some injuries, including broken ribs from the accident. She was a passenger.

My mom's had a rough couple of months with luck, and this tops it off. I’m asking if anyone could help.
