Help Tim get through recovery from back surgery!

Hi, my name is Helen and I am fundraising for my little brother Tim. This is the guy who would give you the shirt off his back. Literally! He is always giving this life his all and staying positive no matter the challenges he is facing.

My brother, Tim, works so hard to provide for his family. He works at least 50 hours a week but most weeks he is working 60 hours! Luckily he has disability insurance but it will only cover a part of his income, not the overtime.

Earlier this year, Tim finally discovered why he was experiencing so much pain in his back and legs. It turns out that he has osteoporosis and the doctors discovered several fractures in his spine. The way to correct this and move him out of so much pain is by having this surgery.

His back surgery is scheduled for the day after Christmas. He is looking at 8 weeks of recovery time. These funds will go to help bridge the gap between what the disability insurance pays and what he would normally bring home. It is also to help with his out-of-pocket medical costs. As we all know, health insurance doesn't pay for everything!
