Help Timmy From Pit bull attack in our own yard

Timmy is an 8 year old miniature Dachshund. He is a wonderful and loving companion to anyone around him. He has some much love to give.

He was viciously attacked in his own front yard while he was out for some fresh air with his mom. A pit bull five times his size came up to him and went for his neck. His mom tried to get the pit bull to release his bite around Timmy’s neck, but to no avail. It took two other people wrestling with the pit bull to finally get him to release Timmy.

Timmy was left with severe neck wounds, along with wounds to his head, face, and nose areas.

He was then rushed to a veterinarian clinic, when they then sent him to a surgical veterinarian clinic. He underwent major surgery to his neck and head. He made it through surgery and is still being kept at the veterinarian clinic for observation.

After all he’s been through, Timmy is on his way to a long recovery ahead.
