Help to appeal case to OK court of Appeals

As most know, I was swatted by an anti gun jerk this past April 2019. Without any evidence the police arrested me and took my property. Since then the arraignment has been delayed TWELVE times. I have yet to be charged. I was forced to pay $1500 to bond out on a $15,000 bond as well as $2k for an attorney. This doesn't include the countless days off work I've had to take to jump through the state's hoops. There have been 2 search warrants filed for access to my phone. It's possible there is a video of the encounter on it and seems to be the only one that could exist. The police want EVERYTHING on the phone, including irrelevant information like emails, texts, pictures, etc. The law in Oklahoma says the police have 10 days to serve their warrant. It's been over 150 days since the first was issued and over 60 days since the second. They should be dead on procedural grounds. Since the law doesn't seem to apply in Tulsa county, a local judge overruled both of my motions to quash the warrants, even ordering me to provide the passcode to my phone. This is a blatant 5th amendment violation . Unfortunately, Oklahoma is in the appellate minority and has no precedent set regarding this issue. I'm creating this GoFundMe because I'm tapped out. My next step is to appeal to the court of criminal appeals. That cost is $4000. I'm setting the goal at $4500 to cover the GoFundMe fees. I will provide proof of where the money goes and give updates on the case. This could set a current and new precedent for gun owners in Oklahoma. It sucks to be the test case, but I'm it, and I want to fight this to the end. Right now ANY gun owner can be falsely accused, attacked a have their privacy violated, rights stripped and extorted of their savings. Help me see to it that it can't happen in the future. You can do so by donating something to help me get this to the appeals court. If 450 people donate $10 each, the goal will be met. I've only got 10 days to make it happen. At the end of this, you can say you were directly involved in setting precedent and ensuring justice is served in Oklahoma.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
