Help to get a 69 Year old Man Home - Critical Care -

Hi, my name is Claire, I am fundraising for my colleague. Ian Doran he is 69 years old from Cambridge, he went away with a few friends to Portugal for a 4 day trip on the 1st July.

He is diabetic and whilst there felt unwell so stayed at the accommodation while he friends went out.

When they returned he was very poorly and they thought he had, had a hypo, they got him to the hospital and it turned out his small bowel had died, and he needed immediate surgery to remove this.

He is in intensive care currently but he does not have any insurance. The embassy have said it is up to his family to get him home and pay for his treatment. This is not possible.

We are appealing for you to help by donating anything that you can. Ian is a really likeable and kind man who would appreciate any donations you can make.
