Help to get a home for Des

Dear friends and community members,

We are deeply saddened to hear about the tragic fire that destroyed our neighbors Des's home in Gurteen. We are thankful that Des and his dog Riley were able to escape, but now Des a 68-year-old pensioner lost everything in the blaze and is effectively homeless.

As a community, we are looking to come together to support Des in this difficult time. We are seeking donations to help purchase a mobile home.

Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. We understand that these are tough times for everyone, but if we can all pitch in a small amount, it can make a big difference in Des's life.
