Help to Get to the Next Chapter

For those who didn't know, Ron has not been employed by BNSF railroad since October of 2020, when he was furloughed and told it would likely be at least a year before he was called back because of Covid uncertainty. For a short time he held a job on an assembly line, but his perfectionism slowed him down and that job didn't work out. So for the last year plus our sole income was Ron and I driving for Door Dash as a team (I would drive, he would dash). While we loved doing that and were exceptionally good at it, now that winter has arrived we can't keep that up and our income has evaporated along with the Child Tax Credit money that will no longer be a monthly lifeline now that the gov't is done dispersing it. But there's hope! With Ron getting his CDL permit and getting in with the (highly reputable) company that will train him, we will be back in the black in the near future- but we need a bit of help to keep the lights on while the gears get back to turning.
