Help with Gil's Services & His Children's Future

We are raising money for Gilberto (Gil) Portillo’s children; Sativa (25), Adaly (18), Ely (15), & Mely (13), who lost his life suddenly in a car accident last Friday, July 9, 2021. This unfortunate loss has left his children without his presence as a father, provider, and protector. The funds collected will be used partly for funeral expenses, partly to create a savings fund for the children, and to help their mother, Catalina Portillo, to overcome this moral and economic situation of being left alone in the upbringing and as the sole provider for their children.

Gilberto was a very generous human being, a great friend, a brother that always showed concern for the difficult situations of others. He was always giving support to those most in need without expecting anything in return. He was a happy, honest, hard-working man with the personality of a leader.

Catalina has always been a woman with great passion for helping her community by giving support through her work as a therapist, a great and loyal friend. She is always supporting those closest to her in their most difficult times and in their personal endeavors and now it is our turn to do the same for her.

Let us come together to show support for Catalina and her children by donating to help lay Gil to rest and to help build a financial support system for their children.

Estamos recaudando fondos para los hijos de Gilberto (Gil) Portillo; Sativa (25), Adaly (18), Ely (15), & Mely (13), que perdió la vida repentinamente en un accidente automovilístico el Viernes pasado 9 de Julio de 2021. Dejo a sus hijos sin su presencia como padre, proveedor y protector. Los fondos recaudados serán usados parte para gastos funerales y crear un fideicomiso económico para apoyar a su madre, Catalina Portillo, a sobre pasa esta situación moral y económica quedando sola en la crianza y único soporte económico para ellos.

Gil fue un ser humano muy generoso, un gran amigo, hermano preocupado por las situaciones difíciles de los demás dando siempre apoyo a el mas necesitado sin esperar nada a cambio. Una persona muy alegre, honesto, trabajador con un carácter de liderazgo muy grande.

Ahora es el momento de apoyar a Catalina Portillo a sobre llevar esta lamentable perdida ahora quedándose como único soporte económica y moral para los hijos que crearon juntos.

Catalina siempre a sido una mujer con gran pasión por ayudar a su comunidad dando apoyo atreves de su trabajo como terapeuta, una gran amiga de sus amigos siempre apoyándolos en sus situaciones mas difíciles y relativamente en sus proyectos personales. Demostremos ahora nuestro apoyo hacia ella regresando un poco de lo mucho que ha ayudado a su comunidad y amigos.
