Help Maintain Bills, Funeral Expens & College Fund

My mother is the most impactful, inspiring, most joyful person I know. I am honored to be her daughter and am truly blessed to have a mother like her. She was diagnosed with breast cancer that runs very strongly in the family. We’ve went through this before with a few other family members and we knew what obstacles were to come. From that moment on she fought hard, as hard as she could to make it through. Drove herself to her doctors appointments and stayed strong through such painful tests and treatments. Unfortunately the treatments didn’t work, just recently learning it has spread to her lungs. As of a few days ago the doctor has informed my family and I that my mother might be passing very soon. In the case that it is God’s will for her to be home with him, I believe it’s best that we be prepared for funeral plans so we’ll be on top of things. It’s been brought to my attention that funeral costs are very pricey (on average from $7,000-$12,000). Though I have my families support I want to do everything I can to try to get help in financing final plans. This would also help me to pay bills which my mother and I share. I’m transitioning jobs to maintain my bills while I pursue my studies in a EMT/Paramedic associates degree, CPR certification ect. Once I complete my studies I’ll be able to obtain a job averaging $25+ an hour in the state of Maryland. This is a very hard time that my family and I are going through and it all happened very quickly. I want to make sure that my mom has a proper burial/memorial, and be able to financially stabilize myself in the long run. ANYTHING would help. Even just a share.
