Help to make this beautiful families future a little easier

This is without a doubt the hardest thing we have ever had to write, thank you for taking the time to read about our amazing, strong friend Spencer Read and his beautiful family.

When we first approached Spencer and Hollie about setting this up we knew the answer would be no, it wasn’t an outright no as many of you no me know they didn’t get a word in edge ways! They are without a doubt the most hardworking family, they at a young age brought the most beautiful family home and can proudly say they did it all on there own…but after discussions Spencer and Hollie have agreed that this will help ease the worry and anxiety they face, it means they can enjoy the time they have left as a family without worry and it means Spencer can worry a little less about his wife and little girls.

In 2021 Spencer was diagnosed with cancer, he has faced many rounds of chemo, been soo poorly at times that we had conversations where he felt he could no longer take the pain and sickness that came with chemo, absolutely heartbreaking! But he fought and he fought and he became well again and as he would say “hench” he grew his hair back and no longer looked like “Gru” as I like to call him! But now we are in 2024 and heartbreakingly the doctors have told Spencer that there is no more they can do for him, even after receiving this news he is being the bravest man an absolute legend to us.

Many of you will know Hollie as Mrs Read she will have taught many of your babies in Reception, this beautiful strong lady is now facing a future of uncertainty whilst being a carer for Spencer and a mum and rock to their beautiful girls Sienna and Bella, all whilst her heart is breaking! So this go fund me is for them so they can try and enjoy the time Spencer has left, make memories, worry less…thank you for taking the time to read this, every little really will help ❤️
