help toby recover from emergency appendectomy

Good day!

My name is Toby and I recently had emergency surgery to remove my appendix (appendectomy)

With a road to recovery, I won't be able to generate any income as my body is how I do it. They specified no heavy lifting or strenuous activity for up to 4 weeks to properly heal, and I will need to cover basic living expenses such as rent, food, etc.
