Todd Baxter, state trooper fighting cancer

Donation protected

Todd Baxter lives in Elmore, Vermont, with his two children, Derek and Caidence.  Todd has been in law enforcement for about 30 years, including the past 19 years a member of the Vermont State Police.  He has spent the majority of his law enforcement career conducting criminal investigations and is currently a lieutenant with the VSP Major Crime Unit.  Todd spends his off time with his children, family and friends.  He is an avid outdoorsman who can be found on the water, in the woods hunting, or on the hiking trails.  Todd also volunteers his time by helping coach youth sports.

Recently Todd was diagnosed with cancer after a lump was detected in his neck. He has undergone one surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center, but is now in need of further treatment at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.  The aggressive radiation and chemotherapy treatment plan at Dana Farber will result in high out-of-pocket medical expenses, along with travel and lodging costs during his extended stay of several months in Boston.

Todd has spent his career helping others, so please consider making a donation to help him through this difficult time.

Well wishes and donations can also be sent directly to Todd at: PO Box 131 Lake Elmore, VT 05657.
