Help Todd get a new hip

Several years ago, when I had better insurance. I went to the Mayo Clinic and they told me I need a new hip. It didn't hurt much then, but after several years of working at home and worrying about my father's prolonged hospitalization, I find that I am in pain every time I walk. I have Affordable Care Insurance and it has a much higher deductible. I am asking for help meeting that maximum out of pocket figure so that I can rejoin life and the working world.
