Help Tom get a cat enclosure.

My sweet friend and overall cat fairy god mother, rescued Tom from the streets. The vet checked him out and said he’d need a few toes amputated or he’d have to be euthanized. Lori said she would take him on for him to have his forever home. When she picked him up the procedure was a lot more involved. He completely lost one paw and a couple of toes on his other front paw. He is rehabbing nicely but as an outdoor street cat he can’t live outside unprotected due to his situation. Lori wants to build a cat habitat, a Catio if you will. 100% of this will go to Lori for her to build Tom the sweetest bachelor catio ever. Please help!! Although Tom seems to have resting B face he is coming around and deserves an opportunity to have some nice cat digs for the years he has left! Thank you in advance!! Or as Tom would say, MEOW!
