Help Tom Strano Overcome Cancer

Hello, everyone! Usually, you see this picture associated with Tom saying something “Eggsellent.” However, this is not Tom, but rather, a heartfelt plea from some of his friends. Unfortunately, the former East Catholic baseball player, was thrown a curveball and has been diagnosed with leukemia, a type of cancer that has turned his world upside down.

Today, we want to help Tommy with his battle and come together to support him in this challenging time. Usually, it's Tommy supporting others! Many know that as a dedicated small business owner, he has supported and provided out of his own pocket to many local programs and agencies such as the Boy Scouts, Crestfield Nursing Home, Bolton Veterinary and the Community Child Guidance Clinic! He has also supported the Town of Manchester with food for the Police Department, Fire Department, Illing Middle School, Bowers, Buckley and Highland Park Elementary Schools. He has held fundraisers for individuals at his business. For years, he has poured his heart and soul into Taso's, which puts a high value on giving back to his community. Now, (and while he would personally not admit it) he is the one in need.

Despite facing the physical and emotional toll of leukemia, Tommy remains determined to fight and overcome this illness. However, his medical expenses and the strain on his business have placed an overwhelming burden on him, threatening his livelihood and ability to make ends meet. The funds we raise will go directly towards Tommy's journey and allocated to cover his mounting medical expenses and other essential treatments. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact on alleviating the financial strain he is currently facing.
