Starting a food truck at the beginning of a Colorado winter... what could go wrong?!?! As we have begun building this business thanks to the help of so many, especially Charlie Rocket, Brother Luck and so many others, we are at a major crossroads. Both Josh and I have gone over a month without getting a paycheck due to start-up costs and the impact of winter sales. So we're coming to you, our amazing followers, for HELP. We've both been working our tails off 6-7 days per week to keep this dream alive, but we need investment to be able to continue this journey, especially with the spring and summer months ahead.
