Help Tony Purdy with Medical Costs and Re-model

Hi, my name is Jessica, and I am fundraising for my dad Tony Purdy. In November of 2021, my dad was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig disease. Getting to this point, my dad has undergone extensive medical testing both locally as well in Minnesota, at the Mayo Clinic. With this diagnosis, my dad has had no choice but to leave the work force. With ALS, certain tools and equipment are needed in order for my dad to stay mobile and do so comfortably. Although, through the lending closet that his local ALS clinic has, does provide some equipment for my dad, not all things are provided. In addition to the the equipment that my dad will need, there will have to be remodel to my parents home to make it handicap accessible, and a wheelchair accessible van. Our goal is to get my dad a group 3 wheelchair, help with remodeling his bath/shower, widen doorways of their home, and helping with the cost of a wheelchair accessible van.
