Help Tory And Her Family With Medical Expenses

Hello, my name is Jason, and I am raising money for my sister Tory and her beautiful family.

A mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.... Tory is one of the most loving, caring, giving people you’ll come across. Those who know Tory best would describe her as a bleeding heart, a beacon of charity and goodwill, a true humanitarian that is devoted to her family and friends. Tory and her family are always putting community and those in need, ahead of themselves. Unfortunately, they are now in need as Tory has had a rash of health issues starting with COVID long haulers quickly followed by a diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy and recently a rare autoimmune disease that causes chronic muscle inflammation, weakness, and debilitating pain throughout her body. Tory’s medical journey has come at substantial cost over the last two and a half years, physically and financially.

The journey ahead for Tory and her family will be long and difficult. Tory’s team of doctors have outlined a lengthy treatment plan to help her and her family as they navigate this new life together. While they’re grateful to finally have some answers and a treatment plan, the unexpected financial obligations of the treatment plan and accommodating Tory’s physical limitations are devastating, most of which are not covered by insurance. In typical Tory fashion, as I asked for her permission to start a GoFundMe, her first thoughts were of others that are in need, dealing with similar health issues and what she could be doing to help them. My plea here is to help my sister and her family focus on her health rather than the stress that comes with the cost of her treatment and the uncertainty of future health complications.
