Help Total Accord Agency open an office in San Francisco!

Total Accord is creative agency building harmonious experiences in Music & Entertainment. Focusing on artist bookings and artist management, TAA advocates for Bay Area artists and entertainers to reach a wider audience, while staying true to themselves, their values, and their unique approaches to music.

Owned and operated in San Francisco, CA, TAA started in early 2024 by Tyla Jones (El Rio, The Chapel, Join the Movement Coalition). The agency is rapidly growing and we are aiming to open up an office, where we can continue to grow and sustain our agency's momentum!

We aspire to find an office where Total Accord team members and members of our artist roster can work on site, but we also hope to create a safe space utilized for other non TAA artists in the Bay to organize their own community workshops, and meetings. This is seen as more than just an office, but as a community resource!

With this fundraising campaign, we hope to raise enough funds to help pay a deposit on an office/community space in the Mission District in SF for our employees and artists at Total Accord. We will also use some of the funding for decor, paint, office furniture, and general additions to our office.

This is the beginning of a long journey in raising money to make our dreams come true as an agency, but we know with the help of you all we can continue to grow and help make a difference in the Bay Area & beyond!

Total Accord Mission Statement:

At Total Accord we believe in collaboration and working from a non-hirearcheal standpoint. We approach our role within the complex energies of the music industry with grace and humor, while hoping to break down the walls and old ways of doing this work.

Total Accord supports artists navigating their way in the music industry by creating an empowering and engaging experience for everyone involved. We believe that an agent or manager representing artists in the music industry should be there to uplift and inspire artists, while also doing the heavy lifting to make sure the artists endeavors flourish.

We chose the name Total Accord because by definition accord means to provide power, agency, and recognition in a harmonious agreement. In an overwhelming industry, we hope to help inspire ideas on how to make people’s dreams come true with this in mind.

We do music because we love it, need it, and shouldn’t have to live without it!

We know that being in music can be discouraging at times. There’s so much gate keeping going on. More often than not, independent artists are paid low rates to be support for headliners and the work they are expected to put into building shows for themselves is not ok. These old models need to be challenged and changed for a sustainable future for ALL people involved in music.

TAA has a zero tolerance for intimidation, transphobia, sexism, misogyny, racism, ableism, homophobia, or any form of generalized hate. We also strongly believe in ending the oppression of all people and hope for an end to all settler state occupations globally.
