Help Tracei & her Mom

Hi,

My name is Leslie Fye. I am helping to raise money for my dear friend Tracei Willis and her mother. Recently, Tracei's parents home - where they have lived for 37 years - suffered an electrical fire that rendered it unlivable & beyond repair. Tracei’s parents are the late Mr. Ray Willis and his beautiful bride Mrs. Vera Willis. Only two weeks before the fire, Mrs. Willis lost her beloved husband of 54 years following a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Willis is wheelchair-bound due to a stroke in 2011.

Tracei is the in-town caretaker for her mom and lives in a townhouse that is not wheelchair accessible with two upstairs bedrooms. So her mother cannot move in there with her. They have temporary housing, but Tracei is looking to the future for a place where she can live and care for her mother under one roof.

Tracei has qualified for a loan on a home that is wheelchair accessible. She just needs help raising money for the down payment. She has already come up with a significant portion. Tracei is a truly beautiful person. She is a veteran teacher in the SOCSD. She has a gift for instilling a love of reading in all of her students - especially the ones who say they hate to read! She pours herself into her students and her family every day. I am hoping you will join me in supporting this good soul and a sweet family whose members have given a lot to this community in their many years here. Our goal is to raise $8000.00. Anything above that would help with moving expenses.
